The Union Deluxe Home development is to be located on the Lekki Peninsula along the new Lekki Expressway situated near Lagos, Nigeria on a 2.5 acre+/- parcel that has been cleared and levelled in preparation for project mobilization and construction. The development will be situated inside of a secured compound and involves construction of two (2) 10-story high rise residential towers and eight (8) connecting retail shops, recreational facilities/pool, restaurant/bar, on-site power plant and water/sewage treatment. In total the project encompasses construction of 68 residential units (2,200 SF flats) and two (2) penthouses (4,400 SF), for approximately 250,000 SF of new vertical construction. Residential units and commercial assets will be sold during and following completion of project construction with sale prices ranging from $400,000 to $600,000+. The project budget is $24 million (construction only) with construction duration of 22-24 months.
